1·2 months agoWalmart sells the onn android tv sticks for $15 you can customize them and change the font end so that it’s just a few apps that are easy to navigate to.
In the past the issue has been limited storage for newer versions and possibly ram. It should list those specs on the open wrt site.

2·2 months agoAuto play is an option on smarttube. You can also just go to the subscriptions feed and just watch what you’re subscribed to or search. We watch Blippi and Danny Go without signing in for example.

2·2 months agoSmartube app on Android TV box, it also has built in sponsor block. I also removed all of the apps that the box came with, changed the front end and changed to an ad blocking DNS so that it’s just the apps that I want on there and no ads anywhere.

3·2 months agoNintendo DS lite is cheap and good. You can get them from Japan off of eBay and get colors that are Japan exclusive. Sometimes you can buy them as ‘not working’ and it just needs a battery or just the buttons need to be cleaned. Just don’t buy one that needs a new top screen as they’re hard to replace and cost too much compared to just buying a different one. You can get flash carts for them for cheap and load every game onto an SD card.

4·3 months agoI bought a used V3 with 3 rolls of filament for $60 USD. Creality sells refirbs on their eBay page. I would go with half of whatever that is.
Even though this isn’t dull I’ll allow it because you’re reporting a near miss, which is an important part of safety.
