Just made Palitaw, meaning "to float" in Filipino (Tagalog). A glutinous rice flour snack/dessert coated with toasted sesame, toasted grated coconut and brown sugar.

Thank you! And yes, it’s very easy to make, it only took me less than 20 minutes to make. Really chewy, goes great with a cup of coffee or tea.
