I use OpenScale to connect to my 10€ smart scale for tracking of weight, muscle other parameters. But not for food intake.

Last time I looked it had way less features then yunohost and its closed source.

Des, it has, what most others lack: Single Sign In and many Apps.

Better use something that will keep the apps up to date. Some recommend Obtanium, I don’t like it, it’s not user friendly/easy but I don’t know any better alternatives.
