Ten minutes later I was sorry.
But ten minutes later I was somewhere else.

As a fellow Vivaldi user, you know what’ll really make you sad?
There was a plugin that offered practically-identical tiling functionality in Firefox (i.e., tab tiling within one window).
It still exists, but was broken when Firefox moved to manifest. Now it tries to replicate the behavior with individual windows instead, which feels awful to use.
There’s a Firefox fork called Floorp that purportedly has Vivaldi-like tiling, but after a week with it, I couldn’t figure out how to enable it. Plus, it’s in its early stages and some of the users are vocally anti-Vivaldi (more specifically, anti-Floorp-becoming-Vivaldi-on-Firefox) so who knows—all those features might get stripped off down the line anyway.

I knew that layout looked familiar!

I saw a picture of China’s purported leader but it was just Winnie the Pooh.
You can’t fool me with cartoons.
PiHole+Unbound . . . AirVPN with DNS blocking, mullvad Private DNS . . . Libretube

Soon we’ll need people running after these deceivers to cut them down . . . as if with a blade.
We can call them Blade Runners.
Logseq + Syncthing?
No web editor though—well, they have a tutorial web app that I think you can force into editing your markdown files, but that’s not what it’s meant for.
Or a fart in a blanket :)
Man, I love coming across terms like this.
Chinese Room, Chinese Walls, Dutch Treat, Dutch Uncle, Dutch Oven.
They’re a solid, sensible company and their free tier is more than enough for the few things I need handy on my phone.
Care to share some examples of what you use it for? I’m currently using Syncthing to move a password vault and Logseq notes between my comp. and my phone.
I’m just looking for ideas really.
A load you say? Some people pay for that kind of entertainment.

Oha lan!
really I should have said something like “to people to use” right?
Oh I don’t know, I think the grammar was fine. I was just trying to be punny 😏.
