Have you experimented with different yeast? I really like using wilder (more lacto) yeast strains made for belgians and saisons.

clover@slrpnk.netto Housing Bubble 2: Return of the Ugly @lemmy.world•Baby boomers aren't downsizing, and it's straining the housing marketEnglish91·11 months agoYou hit the nail on the head with building wrong. We both stronger and more flexible building codes to encourage builders to build high quality, efficient housing (efficient for space for those for whom that is a priority and efficient for energy).
clover@slrpnk.netto Housing Bubble 2: Return of the Ugly @lemmy.world•A massive bubble in the South is about to popEnglish4·1 year agoExcept that is pretty region specific. I would understand that being the case in climate evacuation areas where the insurance market has fled. But in most parts of the country I have been led to understand that there are few people trying to sell because they have locked in good interest rates.

clover@slrpnk.netto Technology@beehaw.org•The march towards an all-EV future hit a major roadblock. What went wrong?English34·2 years agoThis article neglects the state of charging and grid infrastructure. We can’t immediately convert all cars to EV, we don’t have the grid capacity or enough charging stations, yet. Each level 3 (fast charging station) is a custom layout and they take time to design and implement.
Source: I design EV charging stations across the US.

A couple of my favs: Moss, fantastic puzzle/platformer, great story and still family friendly & Asgard’s Wrath, single player action/rpg with good mechanics and a fully fleshed out 40hr campaign.
