I never believed it was open source. I believed it was as close as you could get in a live service game with any chance of survival. The suggestions above are Fortnite and Roblox. I think we can all say s&box is a huge leap in the right direction comparatively.
You post two comments. One a complaint that the game I suggest isn’t fully FOSS, and another saying the business model wouldn’t work if it was FOSS. It’s almost like I suggested the closest you can get.
It’s the same kind of game mode browser as Roblox. It’s not that big yet but it’s from the people who made Garry’s mod so i bet it’ll stick around long enough to reach a critical mass of different games to play and developers working on new ones. I hope it takes off because it’s basically the steam version of Roblox or Fortnite.
As a dev or asset maker you can make commission on the game modes/ items/ art you upload to the workshop based on how much other people use it.
It’s called s&box
Huh. I swear my dad picked em up at the gas station and I seem to remember them being shell branded also.
Was this one broken up into a bunch of little bags you had to buy separately? I had (half) the glider set and the cart guy.
Norland is rimworld but you only control the leaders of your camp and they have kids and die like CK.
Early access, so not very patient of gaming lol
Sounds like you dislike soulslikes.
Dishonored, or maybe Deathloop? Deathloops a bit more complicated but dishonored should prep you for it. They share a lot of the same abilities, the world is just laid out different in deathloop.
Wolfenstein New Order you’re the one man army BJ Blazkowicz, mowing down nazis through linear levels. Run and gun for the most part, with story between levels.
2016 doom or doom eternal
DnD does have a lot of stats but Baldurs Gate 3 makes it fun, and it has everything else you’re looking for. I would give it a shot even if you’re stats averse
And virtual ram
How about “something went wrong, contact your administrator”
Like maybe add a blurb about what software went wrong? And which administrator???
2nd half of the 20th century
The middle is something like “Believed to be one of only two known to exist.”
I only use mine to go on Tetris 99 binges every couple months and I’ve had a few joycons go bad
The revolution will be televised!
I still play towerfall, and occasionally the amazing frog?
Where’s my ps2 heads at
Last year they fixed our group policy that repinned internet explorer to your taskbar on every boot.
Don’t rule out Nintendo just adding a random input gimmick for 2 total in house games.
For context length, vram is important, you can’t break contexts across memory pools so it would be limited to maybe 16gb. With m series you can have a lot more space since ram/vram are the same, but its ram at apple prices. You can get a +24gb setup way cheaper than some nvidia server card though
I would urge the email protocol makers to stop the rampant corporate tracking. Basically every email sender gets your location, ip, and other info when you open it.
I’d bet facebook has a team of marketers working tirelessly to grow their fedi market share so that less informed people think of the fediverse as just a part of threads. They started their own free ISP and half the people that used it ended up thinking Facebook dot com was all there is to the internet. They’ve decided to ruin the fediverse next because by federating, they can see a ton of info about you/your account by default.
I think the FTC should do its fucking job, but until then people should stop these huge companies from getting exactly what they want as much as possible. I see no benefit, but a major threat from a company that spies and creates hordes of ill informed users. Literally they are in the news right now for man in the middling Snapchat data. You think they won’t/haven’t started that kind of thing for fedi? They can’t train their LLMs off Snapchat half as easy as they can here.
I haven’t been following along the whole time but they wouldn’t even mention the issues forcing always online brought at launch. People quit playing so the servers caught up, but they still won’t add offline. Apparently they have absolutely no interest in the steam deck demographic.
Maybe it’s Halloween at a mall
