4·4 months agoIt misses probably about 20% of websites when creating a new account, forcing you to grab the password from the generator history and make a new entry manually.
This makes me so fucking angry. How can a password manager be so bad at storing passwords, it’s like it’s only job. It even is generating the password for you! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

2·4 months agoThanks! I made it from some scrap pieces of wood from my IKEA headboard, aluminium extrusions and some aluminium sheets, then just 3D printed trim and fittings.
I was lucky and got a good deal on some ram, so each has 24gb.
Its supposed to be my kubernetes homelab. My actual server is hidden in the electrical box in my apartment.

19·4 months agoStill busy building it. Have a few more parts to print, like the back trim and plug holder, and I need to remove the protective plastic from the aluminum sheets.

Fusion is okayish, but definitely not something you can just jump into without going through some explainer tutorials. Especially when it comes to the time line.
I taught myself Autocad and even with that knowledge, fusion was kinda unintuative when starting out. It didn’t take long to get into it though

1·5 months agoI agree, but I learn best when I can ask questions a certain way to understand concepts, and as much as people may hate it, it’s good at answering questions like that and people are often nasty when others ask questions they assume to be stupid.
Not that I’m a student.

4·6 months agoI don’t see anyone else recommending it here but you can also use Traefik, that’s what I use. I’ve set it up so that I can automatically add any docker hosted apps based on the container tags, it makes it convenient to use.
