Someone else went to the state fair I see.

Dang, up a percent in a year? That actually is pretty notable for Linux. I know it’s gotten easier to install and use (easier distros), but could this be more a shift to mobile over windows or macos?
Truly a life finds a way moment. That must have been a confusing hospital visit.
Even then, that is pretty impressive with a cpu and gpu together (sorry, haven’t looked at the newer cpu tdps in a bit, was thinking older mobile chips).
True. If this is around a 30 watt tdp, it would have amazing power consumption numbers (for reference, they were comparing it to a 1070 max q, which could have a max tdp of 115 watts).
Idk, I live in NC and the amount of homes that are for sale and have been for sale for a few months (generally due to high prices) are very, very high. I wouldn’t be surprised if it does fold, as it isn’t just retirees selling.
Oh, that sounds pretty good. I was talking about chipolte from a can/jar, tried it one time with some thicker tortillas and it was just amazingly good. Cilantro and some cumin are good as well.
Add a little Chipotle to the cheese before cooking. Makes it smokey and a little hotter.
Smaller stuff has to be more complex to get to the lower mass, which is usually what causes the biggest issues. The hdds in those ipods had some extra stuff to make them more reliable, but even then, move them too quickly and they show it.
Pretty sure green would be male/female suicide parity (for every man to commit suicide, there would be a woman as well). I’m pretty sure the scale indicates more men than women commit suicide the further up you go. That being said, it is not a very good graph, and also doesn’t show total numbers, which would be interesting to see.
Yep, and smaller companies could have more flexible spaces that could adjust to the need of the company. We work is a middle man, but the business model does sorta make sense when rent is very cheap (admittedly with probably pretty slim margins). That being said, I’d be especially hesitant to invest in anything with Neumann’s name attached to it, so wouldn’t expect a huge resurgence or anything.
The irony of the whole thing is that with the mass availablity of cheap commercial office space for the next couple of years, Wework itself might actually have a viable business model. After all, it generally functioned best in a recession or when leases were cheap. I’d guess that’s what Neumann is hoping for, although I suspect he’d have trouble getting investment if the company got in trouble in future.
Yeah, I enjoy a ton of hobbies where a lot of the people that know their stuff aren’t particularly computer savvy. If they’re not on my platform because it is too technically complex, I’m probably going to at least visit the more walled off platforms (not usually a fun experience).
Started out with kettle corn and cider. Breakfast of champions! Hope you enjoyed, the garden displays were quite lovely this year.
