Gives everybody a year to draft/trade/pick up a TE, and it seems like there are more good ones now that there used to be.
I think we need more fantasy relevant players in the league. Helps make more people worth drafting/trading/etc.

To clarify the mechanics of this proposal, would you…
- Change the WR/TE slot back to a TE slot
- Split the WR/TE slot into two slots, WR and TE
- Add a TE slot
