 - Bruh… 
 
- The worst codebase I ever inherited like this was a Magento shop that had been heavily customized by a Czech programmer. All of the customizations had variables in Czech. The guy dropped off the grid after the handover. 
- I’m in this picture and I am okay with that. - I call it “mentorship”. Not the part where I leave you with a pile of my crappy code. The part where I ask for more money, and I leave if I don’t get it. 
- <Lost Travolta> - …Where are the comments? 
- Was expecting this to be more like the “i made this” comic, where in the last panel he hands it over again to someone else. 
- I see a lot of that going around my place of work lately. Sucks to see the knowledge pool get more shallow around here. - The good news is that it’s a self correcting problem. - The bad news is the correction is often due to going out of business. 
 
- Awe man! I wish it was that easy. - It can be. - It can also come with more money. - The whole two weeks notice thing is kind of dull, though.
