Good spot but it looks like the jpg is a camera photo whereas the pngs are screenshots, so maybe the phone just uses different formats for each. (Although I’d expect the opposite normally)
Nah. I have now seen the full images. It is definitely a different phone with a different OS. She probably has two phones, one private, one company. Not unusual.

Photoshop has an AI tool now, so at least we can still keep calling them “photoshops”.
Yes there are a lot of web apps that generate whatsapp conversation, so fairly easy to do

You have to align them with the stars, but take into account the position of Mars and Pluto at the time the screenshots were taken.
Weird: file 6 is JPG screenshot. Other screenshots are PNG. Phone changed in between? Or faked?
