From what I can tell: Paramount Germany removed an episode of the show “Nathan For You” in Germany (then other Paramount branches in other countries did the same) for the reason that they were uncomfortable with “anything that touches on anti-semitism” following the start of the Israel/Hamas War, so the show creator made a new episode in the 4th season of the show that depicted Paramount as Nazis for “trying to overcompensate for the past by censoring Jewish creators.”

Though following it is a bit difficult because the show is a comedy that parodies reality, so it is easy to mix details between reality and what is created for the show.
