Maybe limit to first and 2nd year players. I don’t think injured or suspended players should be eligible if outside of first 2 years. They already have there own slots.

Yeah I think year 1 and 2 makes sense. I don’t like vets on taxi, that hurts the waiver wire too
How does trading players on taxi currently work? Can you trade from taxi to taxi?
A player must be activated out of taxi before being traded. In the offseason, that just means swapping them out with other players before a trade. In the regular season, it means making room on your rosters first.
