I don’t know what the plan is for Jessica Jones, but Matt freeing her from the vigilante prison would have been the perfect time to introduce her.
It was awesome seeing Swordsman freed and then immediately freeing others and fighting back.
Similarly when we see Angela and we see her with the talisman, and we’ve been told it gives you cool powers, she should have used them right then and there. A little girl shows up with a bunch of stolen gear, it’s implied, but follow through and show it a little.
Anyway kudos to Fisk for making Daredevil the “bad guy”.
(Also, where is Mathew Lillard?)
I’m SO glad Swordsman is getting action and good screen time! He was easily my favorite side character from Hawkeye.
It’s a shame to get someone like Tony Dalton and then underutilized them, so I agree it’s excellent to see him jumping into the action.
I hope now that he’s free he sticks around and whatever form of the Defenders we get, he’s right alongside them.
