        It’s also factually incorrect, even if you consider biological/psychological science bullshit. TDoV was established in 2009 and coincidentally overlapped with Easter in 2024, because Easter’s date is based off of the equinox and changes every year.

      Unfortunately, in reality, the law doesn’t need to use consistent definitions of “sex.” Trans women have been arrested and thrown in men’s jails for going topless in places that forbid it.

    im confused. does this mean biologically born men who transition to be females, or biologically born females who transition to become men? i thought the ones who transition to men wear chest braces or get surgery because they don’t like their breasts. im shooting in the dark here.

      Post-transition MtF.

      They are still men, according to regressives, because transitioning isn’t a real thing and their “biological sex” says so.

      Taking action against them being topless requires admitting they are women, because topless men are generally considered acceptable to be televised.

          It’s important to note that this wouldn’t actually work for a number of reasons. Foremost among them is that those in power don’t actually care about consistency or adhering to the law, they just want to get their way all the time and usually the law is a convenient blunt instrument to achieve that.

          On top of that the wording around indecency regulations is often intentionally vague, full of “you know it when you see it” type language, so that anything and everything can be considered indecent if you squint and get offended easily enough.

          Plus regressives can always just fall back on the classic position of trans people just being inherently indecent, so it doesn’t matter what they’re doing, they’re going to stop them from being broadcast regardless.
