I’m seeing a lot of love for duck eggs in here but man when we were getting them out of the wazoo, it was hard to get rid of them it’s just such a different texture
Interesting. I wonder if the breed of duck matters. These are not very different than chicken eggs. The most noticeable texture difference is in scrambled eggs, and even then it’s not off putting or dramatic. These do have very much larger yolk to white ratio than chicken eggs. I don’t know what kind of duck they come from though.
