Not exactly. Matrix 2.0 relates to the protocol (Matrix) version, which has its major number incremented due to a bunch of, well, major changes/updates to make it much better. OIDC, sliding sync and native calls are some of the new things that comprise the 2.0 update.
The server implementations are somewhat orthogonal to this. Synapse (the original Python server) is still the main implementation, and is Matrix 2.0 ready.
This is a good suggestion. Docker is more mature and has more resources, so it’s better to learn the ins and outs of containers. After getting comfortable with it, you can move to Podman and have a much better time tackling its peculiarities regarding permissions and rootless.
I used Docker for years and only recently decided to give Podman a try, porting my Lemmy instance to it.
I think security is a fair point, given caddy’s younger age compared to nginx, but I wouldn’t say it tried to do too much.
Why do you say that?
I’ve used both plenty and only once I thought Caddy was harder: caching. It requires you to install a plugin that also doesn’t have the easiest of configs. I think there’s a new and simpler one nowadays, but haven’t tried it yet.
I now use Caddy by default for everything new I make/host.

Ash might appear in Gen V S2 (sometime next year?) even before the main series’ last season. Anyway, I hope she will appear in ep 1.

Same tbh. We got some quick (bro) scenes and Ashley’s V 💉. I bet the first episode of S5 will feature the aftermath of this purge significantly. HL is just isolating himself more and more. Stan’s comment from that dead ass scene is getting realer :P
But man it might be one of the best seasons yet. Every episode was a banger.
I actually thought it wasn’t the best. In between episodes, I started rewatching S1 (ended up finishing it all up and going through S2 and S3 too… I’m terrible >.<) and man, it was so freaking good. First season is peak The Boys for me. Second and third are also good, but the first one is so solid. The fourth one had more ups and downs imo. The fourth episode (with HL’s visit to his ex-home lab) was an obvious up, but there were weaker episodes imo, like the one where they got Stan out (sad we didn’t get to see him in the finale, he’s out because of Vichy, is he not?).
To me it felt like the writers just wanted to have her back (because she’s very cool, let’s be honest). They’ll most likely flesh out her motivations more in the next season.
The ending was indeed very cool. Incredible episode.
Grace’s little emotional breakdown moment, recalling her grandkids was great, she should have just let Ryan breathe for a second, he only asked for time think, at first…
And yeah lol, the Butcher upgrade was quite jarring XD Though it’s V, it’s pretty much magic.
That whole U-turn was a gut punch ;-;

Well, that was quite lengthy lmao. But it was a very packed episode, much more so than all other 7 episodes in this season, I feel like.
This. I don’t even need real “scripts”, I just plug my big drive into my laptop, start dropbear and use the shell (fish) history to get the right command. Takes about 15s to do everything :p

Simon Pegg killed it (ah!) this episode, great performances.
The sheep were funny but I think there was some glaring plot holes that had me suspending my disbelief more than usual. We saw that Nadia is able to blow chickens into smithereens, surely she could at least inflict a considerable amount of damage on those sheep. The whole Butcher kidnapping Sameer was a bit forced too, imo.
Yeah, I’m feeling he’s not gonna last the next episode? Not sure though. He may finally be a more useful asset for HL now that he’s completely turned his back on marine life, his last slightly redeeming quality.

I was actually hopeful of some peace, for a change, since Firecracker seemed to be genuinely moved by Starlight’s words. But oh well x)
The breast milk was definitely not something I ever expected, and I was laughing my ass off when it hit Homelanders face.
I’m pretty sure it was hinted at in a previous episode, don’t remember which exactly. But yeah, HL’s reaction was priceless. Such good acting!
