Can the ISP offer dedicated IPv4 addresses? We had a similar issue with the new rural fiber provider. I spent hours tinkering and researching only to finally call support.

DockSTARTer takes most of the work out of setting up and maintaining a docker -arr suite. The guys that maintain it are great too.
It’s out there. I managed to collect nearly everything from I think '35 onwards.

For DISCO “Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad” was fun, if not funny. It’s also the only episode I willingly rewatch as it’s kind of a bottle.
I’ve been using DockSTARTer for years and it does what I need, when I need it.
If the goal is to learn, then go for learning Docker directly.
If the goal is to do it well and quickly, don’t reinvent the wheel.
