My best friend had one and Mario tennis was my favorite thing ever.

No. Actually. The 32TB drive is a single point of failure for all your data.
Splitting it means you have 2 points of failure but for only half your data.
From an integrity and availability standpoint the two disk solution, while wildly ridiculous and dumb as fuck, is actually better.
Both solutions are ridiculous and dumb and are not sufficient backup.
You misunderstand the intent then.
Why would anyone back up data in the manner you’re saying? That’s dumb.
Don’t split the data across multiple logical locations, keep it logically contained. A raid designed for availability is better than a single external hard drive but that isn’t what is being talked about.
3 2 1 means keeping multiple copies of the SAME data on multiple media types in multiple locations so you remove a single point of failure.
What I’m hearing from you is that because some of the numbers are faked then the entire data set is unreliable and you don’t believe this information that is coming in.
That’s fine.
I guess I thought given your assertion you had … more.
Basically it’s your feeling.
If you are storing your own data a single drive is asking to lose all your data.
3 2 1 for all your important data.
My friend had a Saturn and it was so dope.
Panzer Dragoon and Materia were so fun.
So your assertion is these numbers are faked rather than ran by an actual device then?
Ok but hear me out.

Linux is not enough, that’s a dated mindset.
Most viruses these days are mobile in nature which gives you a 50% shot of which *nix you’re on. You’re either on a Unix like os based on MacOS or heavily modified Linux kernel.
RIP Audiogalaxy the best music sharing/discovery service ever.
That’s not an optical drive friend
If I had to guess:
1 is a dvd drive.
1 is a high speed cd-rom read only drive
1 is a cd-rw drive
I used to love trolling the “tuners” back in the day by slapping a JDM sticker on my Cavalier after buying a part that came from Japan for a Toyota Cavalier.
The thing I’ve noticed is a lot of defenders have added in martial arts style takedowns.
Which are in and of themselves not necessarily dangerous EXCEPT in a scenario where you’re the only one engaging in the martial arts takedown.
In a sparring match when both competitors are aware of what’s going on you don’t hurt your partner and when being taken down you go down knowing it’s happening. This is of course within reason within the confines of a real time combat sport.
Going down because you’ve been overpowered is one thing, going down because someone has used a combat takedown to tweak your joints and cause your forward momentum to either break your joints apart or take you to the ground is gonna cause problems.
This is a good change IMO.

Docker is more ubiquitous, Podman has use cases that diverge from Docker.
Discover the use case and decide from there.
That said docker is a good starting point, their documentation is pretty great and once you know docker you’ll better appreciate why podman is different.
