Talk about a reverse UNO card.
Talk about a reverse UNO card.
Im confused by your answer.
The paragraph you quoted was basically formatted as:
If it works the same as on android, <the way it functions on android>.
So you’re not meant to be familiar with how it works on android because the second part of the sentence explains what you need to know.
Every new picture you take on iPhone will be synced to proton drive. It does not have the concept of albums. It’s just one big photo reel.
If it works the same way as android it will upload all the pictures you take with your camera.
Edit: deleting pictures from the phone won’t delete them from your proton drive
There’s also the option of setting up a cloudflare tunnel and only exposing immich over that tunnel. The HTTPS certificate is handled by cloudflare and you’d need to use the cloudflare DNS name servers as your domains name servers.
Note that the means cloudflare will proxy to you and essentially become a man-in-the-middle. You – HTTPS --> cloudflare --http–> homelab-immich. The connection between you and cloudflare could be encrypted as well, but cloudflare remains the man-in-the-middle and can see all data that passes by.
Oh I thought the cloud game pass wasn’t Xbox games only. But that is entirely possible.
So this is basically Xbox game pass ultimate, the cloud gaming part?
Because at one point they mention if you have to rebuy games you already own and they said you can just link your library.
At one point it sounds like they’re renting out hardware and are able to stream your library to you ( you own the game ). Other times it sounds like they have a catalog and you just pay for the streaming to your device ( you don’t own the game ).
Edit: do not mean this in a negative way. I’m just confused trying to find the answer :D
How would you expect multiple colors across multiple calendars to work? ( honest non-aggressive question )
Always take the calendar color, in which case there are no multi colors in a single calender ( since its overruled every time by the calendar color ).
Current behaviour is to override the calendar color, but that’s not to your liking.
I only use the webclient (laptop/pc) or the android app.
Edit: i haven’t used an email client personally in the past… 25 years or smth?
Professionally I’ve had Thunderbird, evolution and outlook. Since the companies I work for are always on o365
This just proves there’s no added value in studios being bought up by bigger studios like EA and the like.
The people working the smaller studios deserve more and better. I dont know about the others. But HiFi rush had great reviews IIRC.
Edit: I may very well just be salty.
Self hosting email is a rabbit hole I’d rather not go down. :(
Pretty sure a Linux client for proton drive isn’t on the protonpass roadmap :)
Edit: sorry that seems to come off quite bitter/sarcastic. It was meant as a lighthearted joke. I assumed its the second most requested feature on protonpass rather than proton in general. But I could be wrong.
You forget their inability to guard personal data. It’s like telling your secrets to the town blabbermouth.
Or using lastpass. The only thing they needed to do was keep your passwords safe. And it happened so often its almost a meme. I dont even know why They’re still in business
I’m not in one od those countries, but I’m currently waiting to see how it pans out. If they leave it in I’ll probably try and get a refund. I hope the people living in psn excluded countries try and get it refunded as well.
It’s a shame because the game is fun with friends. But I’d rather make a statement than just let it slide.
Yeah calm Djibouti down
Because it closely resembles a slur. Its one of those false positives. But the tool that replaces it likely isn’t context aware.
Same. Although the simplelogin integration seems nice.
The issue you linked mentions using pasta
where it does work. Have you tried that or is it not a solution at all?
Photos and videos my gf/in-laws send over signal for example. 90% is covered by my own camera. But family sending photos are another I’d like to keep a backup of :).
I looked over the settings button entirely. It’s currently on my camera roll only ( which is what i want ).
I’ve added the “downloads” folder now. Will try it out to see if I download a picture/clip from signal and move it to that directory if it’ll auto upload it.
Being able to select custom photos/movies directly from the app would still be a nice feature though.
The nice lemming will likely be either EA or Microsoft. I’m not hopeful for either of these companies to do anything positive with it.
If steam were to buy it that means there might be some light left at the end of that tunnel. Though I fear what will happen if steam changes owners inevitably…
