It is a CS2 mod – CS2 lacks Steam Workshop support. Paradox did not put it in, in favor of their own mod platform.
There was a lot of beef about the lack of workshop support, but it means it was on Paradox’s platform, if anything.

The endgame of all these subscription services is always the same. They make you reliant, and then they jack prices and reduce service.
At this point, there are enough exemplars that anyone still buying in is just not paying attention.
$50 for a PS3 game.
The absolute state of AAA gaming is ridiculous.
I don’t play multiplayer because I don’t want to be cussed out by a 6 year old.
I play games to have fun. I’m not trying to prove anything to anyone.
RDR2 was a beautiful game and one of the few that gave me a serious emotional response at the end. But it was a bit long winded along the way, so I’m OK with this.
Sounds like they want a round of layoffs but don’t want to pay severance.
According to your keyboard, you really don’t like going forward.
Yes – and just to add, many of the console AAA exclusives aren’t “exclusive” at all, because a significant number end up on PC anyway. They’re only exclusives if you’re in the PS/XB bubble. (Switch is a standout because Nintendo)
This is a good point, but I think in 5 years, it won’t be a thing on consoles either. The ability to resell implies ownership.
But friendly reminder: games are almost always cheaper on PC. Maybe not at first, but very quickly.
“Don’t be evil”
“Ooh rah”
I’d say less stupid and more shortsighted. If the cost of DVDs were to have stayed high for, say, 10+ years, then I could see getting a user base for DIVX and having at least moderate success.
But a giant tech retailer of all things should be aware that new tech tends not to stay prohibitively expensive for too long.
The amount of corporate control that has slowly and insidiously crept into our lives will never cease to amaze me.
You are missing the point. $250k houses exist. I bet you could even find a $100k house. Maybe even a free house.
None of that means jack regarding the experience the average person will have looking for and affording a house. Edge cases are not the norm.
Ah yes, because we all buy houses on credit, because we absolutely must be beholden to a bank until the end of time.
All of these things are band aids, not solutions.
Edit: and I don’t know where you live, but a $250k house simply does not exist here.
Here’s the thing though: $25k ain’t nothing when every house around me is a million dollars.
Should not have been there in the first place. Still, happy it has been removed. Let’s hope other publishers follow suit.
Regulation? In the US?
Not in this timeline.
