You mean I shouldn’t replace every instance of Ai in my sentences with slop?.
The funny thing is, I just did.
…yeah, I’ve never had any issues, personally. I run a Gotosocial instance, XMPP and a Synapse fork publicly.
Update, lock your shit down and use a firewall is all I can tell anyone. My SSH isn’t even open to the web, I have to go in via wireguard to access any administration.

I’m doing a Metroid Prime trilogy run through using Primehack. The retro is real.
The number one rule of selfhosting unbound. Make two.
You won’t be happy one morning if you don’t. I run unbound with adblocking on OpenWRT, but if my router dies, my whole network does anyway, so… Eh.

be so dedicated and stubborn that you change the entire UI of another program instead of learning it.
I want to say I don’t do this, but here I am using nano instead of vi.

What keeps the guy at the top of that pyramid from not being an asshat?

Cornell fries his vocals(lightly) to reach high notes.
Cobain fries his vocals because he can’t sing.
edit: ok, fine, cool off, I apologize. I didn’t mention that Cornell uses a decent amount of falsetto, and exceedingly well, I might add. Best singer of the 90’s for rock was Layne Staley, followed closely by Scott Weiland.
Still tho, love Cornell. Not even joking tho, Cobain works fine in a high intensity band and probably would’ve done great at hardcore. I just find him kinda forced on slow tracks.
Worst? Henry Rollins. Henry Rollins himself will tell you he can’t sing and has on camera.

“The overall 2.8-star rating appears to suggest a record of over-promising and under-delivering.”
Enough about his presidency, get to the watches!

So you designed an OS, nice, so, the apps are vertical to match, right?.. r-right?

The VC money won’t let Matrix die. The community support won’t let XMPP die.
I know which I respect more.
