I had the original game and loved it. Initially hated it because it wasn’t what I was expecting, but since I paid so much I played it and got into it. Fun game.
We had an old pioneer sound system which had a big volume knob. You could turn it by hand but if you used the remote it would turn when you turned volume up and down. Possibly these are similar where they automatically tune and turn but allow for manual interaction in case of emergency.

It will still drive up prices.
I didn’t know about batching at the time so would wake up every few hours to start the next level converting, so I could get it completed during midterm :)
End product was amazing! I still have the converted levels to this day.
Same reason poor people buy overpriced designer handbags. Status symbol…
Try Emby. Hardware acceleration works out of the box. It is paid though but I’m very happy with it for past few years.
I have similar setup but without PROXMOX. I tried it but never saw the benefit. Using ZFS for bitrot protection.
Syncthing isnt a backup. Its just a synchronisation tool. If you delete a file it gets deleted everywhere.
What’s the alternative?
Get a reverse proxy. Ping me if you need details. All my stuff is hidden behind port 443.
CasaOS looks interesting. But i prefer OpenMediaVault for the moment.
Things are easy or free. Rarely both. :) it’s well worth learning OMV. If you have any questions I’ll try to help!
I run OMV baremetal for last few years. I really like it. I did try TrueNAS and found it too convoluted.
Nextcloud is a totally different beast that would run on top of either.
OMV allows you to use ZFS as well if you want (I do) but also the flexibility to use other raid systems.
I just wish they’d left in portainer as default. No point reinventing the docker wheel…
Yep. On the older games, and Spider-Man, it was optional but you get cool stuff if you do. Why not keep it optional?
