They are doing their best, and I at least appreciate that.

I’m only concerned about how to transfer all my stuff to the new account. Mastodon makes it super easy.

Got it. I’ll take that into consideration once I try it out. Especially since I view PDF files on my browser a lot.

Is GNOME Web that good? I’m actually asking because I have yet to use it.

It’s bad because they don’t want you to use it, but they made it exist so that they don’t get sued by the European Union.

I just hope ad blockers don’t simply stop working (and by extension, existing) simply because multiple websites have started blocking the blockers (looking at you, YouTube).

I guess for small independent websites that run ads, I sorr of understand why I need to disable ad blockers, but for a website like YouTube, owned by an advertising giga-company, that’s just stupid.

I’m actually glad I’m not that active on the platform (or any platform for that matter, federated or not), so I can give myself time to breathe in outside air and touch some grass.

And once I am active, it’s usually for a couple hours at most, then it’s back to being in my coma for a few days.

Once again, us Lemminos go completely unnoticed.

Now I wish I can move between instances without losing everything.

To this day I still have no idea what “hot” even means, even on places like Reddit, where I used to lurk before that place f***ing exploded.

Now my username is not completely meaningless.
