Their entire platform is built on goodwill. After he passes, someone is gonna cash that goodwill in for profit. Seems to be happening to Nintendo. Disney has been doing it for many years.

It’s the biggest video game marketplace/launcher/DRM makers for PC. If you play video games on PC most games you buy would probably have to be through steam. Their parent company, Valve, is the only multi-billion dollar company I like because so far they have stayed pro-consumer.

It’s probably just hard to include both character sets since the game was originally made in English with specific programming for Roman lettering. Same thing with GTA V. Any Chinese/Japanese/Korean characters just turned into squares.

Weren’t they saying they had a separate version or something?

I wonder how they get them to look nice then. Do they take the egg instantly? Do they refresh the chickens’ nesting material all the time? Does the egg fall down a hole the moment it’s laid?

It would be great to blanket disallow games that you can get banned in. Especially VAC bans.

Yeah. I’ve heard multiple times how entire careers are made supporting abandonware. The US military I believe pays microsoft millions a year to add security updates to their own version of Windows XP so old software can keep working.

He is super abrasive and speaks like a salesman. I don’t like his mannerisms either, but his message and ideals are right up my alley. Also, his videos are not very well edited, if at all, so his videos would sometimes give a very bad first impression. He looks like he’s on some drug or something with the dark circles around his eyes. Several videos also make him seem like a gym/frat bro with how he interacts with his employees.
