A shed. It’s a shed.
A shed. It’s a shed.
I actually have a degree in networking lol
Gen Z struggles with file systems in general, because the vast majority of their technical experience is on mobile OS’s. However, Gen Z compsci students are somehow far beyond the skill set that millennials had at their age. Or at least that has been my experience with interns over the past 12 years.
Your local neighborhood bakery almost certainly still uses wax paper instead of bags. I don’t eat much bread these days, but when I do I always just walk down to the bakery and pick out a loaf. It’s a million times better than the sugary stuff full of preservatives at the grocery store.
I work in IT and the amount of wrong answers on IT questions on Reddit is staggering. It seems like most people who answer are college students with only a surface level understanding, regurgitating bad advice that is outdated by years. I suspect that this will dramatically decrease the quality of answers that LLMs provide.
Brand-wise I’ve had great reliability with Zotac. They’re seen as a budget brand but I’ve been using their GPUs for years without issue.
Security & Compliance Center reports will provide reasoning for being marked as spam. What’s it say?
VPNs are about to become a lot more commonplace.
I’ve also felt that the age of piracy is coming to an end and subsequently have begun hoarding a lifetime worth of content. I have 32 TB to fill and I’m halfway there. My taste is mostly older movies and shows, so I want to ensure that I have access to them forever.
I’ve struggled to find resources for adult content, though, so that’s a point of concern. I’m open to suggestions.
That’s the price of a McDonalds hashbrown, so I’d say it’s definitely worth it
What does Kodi do, then, if you can’t host your media on it?
Yeah definitely watching some classic TV and anime on CCCP. The CRT will do great justice to older shows. If I had to game, I’d boot up Zeus: Masters of Olympus, Rollercoaster Tycoon, and Dungeon Keeper II.
Depends. Are we in the 2000s or is it present day stuck with a 2000s desktop? If the former, I’d grab Final Fantasy XI and relive my childhood. If the latter, I’d download a few seasons of Buffy and Xena and chill out with some popcorn.
I’m running qBittorrent on my Plex server which runs MacOS. It’s been reliable for me.
You can just send those directly to my DMs, thanks.
This is false and dangerous misinformation to spread. The Salvation Army will absolutely not deny services to LGBTQ people. They even run initiatives to help rescue trans people from sex trafficking, and run a trans dorm in Nevada.
The problematic part of the SA is that they lobby against gay rights in politics. So you should vote with your wallet and not support them. But if you are homeless and need help, they WILL help you.
This is the best possible outcome!
Radio interference and roaming are the primary concerns. There’s only so many channels that Wi-Fi can run on, and they will clash if there’s too many APs near the same band. You also have to ensure that each device is configured to disconnect from a weak signal and connect to a stronger one when moving from room to room, which realistically doesn’t work flawlessly. You want to instead have a few powerful access points in each wing or whatever needs dictate.
That would be problematic on many levels.
I have to wonder what percentage of folks are using handheld gaming PCs like the Steam Deck or ROG Ally. Personally I’ve found that I game much more now that I have a Steam Deck and can mindlessly play stuff like Dave the Diver while relaxing on the couch with my SO, versus setting aside specific “gaming time” to be at my desk.
