Sorry didn’t realize you were trying to connect the systems you mentioned, I thought this was a unified approach instead of them.

PRTG maybe? It’s free for 100 sensors.
Like the title says, it’s meant to be a Tumblr-esque experience.
So basically “NextDoor: Fediverse Edition”.
I’m not against but I think uptake will be difficult because, depending on your starting region you may be competing with an established product and because there is a heavy venn overlap between people who care about decentralization and those who care about privacy and wouldn’t want an app tracking and to some degree giving away their location.
(Clarity Edit: I have a cold, my ending was guessable , but technically gibberish.)
It’s wild that I just got my Robotech collectors edition box set, which was a pre-order, a few weeks ago, and it had a Funimation code in it. This was either a sudden decision or very poorly communicated in-house.
Every barrier that slows down attacks a little is worth it when you are trying to buy time so people can apply emergency updates. It’s not about stopping them from ever figuring it out.
TLDR; It time jumps forward, proceeds to establish some very controversial and unnecessary changes among the crew, and frames it all as being part of a holodeck program Riker is running for guidance on making a decision. While it is NOT the actual implication of the episode, I feel the holodeck aspect falls a little “extra” flat by ending the series with “it was all a dream/simulation” vibes, IMHO anyway.
And our national meming treasure, The Picard Maneuver.
You overestimate how seriously I’m taking this.
Federate, let them get a taste of sweet Lemmy content, then cut them off. Will make the Threads experience feel broken for native Threads users.
So not so inexplicable after all, just really lazy so far as fixes go. Kudos on fixing it up right!
You talk about Deezer dropping features but then the ones you list are super basic things Deezer still does, so I think you need to go into a bit more detail regarding what you want out of this.
You should have some experience with a successful search on the topic before you try to pull the LMGTFY card. Looks dumb when it doesn’t work.
Well obviously, you can’t tempt fate with that name 24/7 without occasional repercussion.
Do what you want, except don't watch the very last episode of Enterprise. And make sure you end with "Lower Decks", so you can enjoy all the juicy easter eggs with your fresh Trek knowledge.
Yeah seems like the mastodon account would make a lot of sense as a kind of quick and dirty feed of information, particularly when it comes to stuff that’s less “announcement” oriented. Like up down or performance issue statuses and the like.
So you’re striving to raise yourself from full dick to just “-ish”? Otherwise this reply seems a bit ironic.
…I’m not sure you understand how all this works.
I live here but to be clear, lemmy.world is not “the entirety of Lemmy”.
I suspect this is 80% execution biting them. (Though the cost is still dumb) If they’d left it truly modular and had not infected the main game with the intro quest then paywalled people. They’d be getting way less flack.
