We all played a game called Drug Wars. It was text based.

My husband loves Bejeweled Twisted. I just can’t.

I love me some match-3 games though. Doesn’t need to be bejeweled.

Weird, about half of the sales during that time period for me were with plastic, but I lived in a city, so maybe that’s the difference.

I think they’re thinking of Sweetest Day.

That’s really just a Tuesday when you’re already used to roleplaying.

We had a pause in late summer due to a number of deaths.

Hoping that what’s in the schedule for 2024 doesn’t get cancelled due to death.

King’s Quest is still one of my favorite series ever and the one they put out a few years ago was a great retelling. I cried at the end.

It's usually $4 to rent a movie that's not in theaters. Barbie hasn't ended it's theater run.

Because they have a different contract for work not covered by the current strike? That seems kind of a weird take, especially since they thought the strike did apply to them originally and they shut down for several weeks until the lawyers got together and said, oh no, you have a different type of agreement.

It’s not like they changed or updated their contract to become exempt. SAG just went, oh, your business doesn’t fall into the terms of the strike so you don’t have to strike with the rest of us.

Yeah, we know WotC suck, but Larian is behind the game and they paid for a license to use the system and lore.

So why should we be pirating from Larian? Because they bought a license for a product?

My group calls them first world problems.

It’s the kids. Kids take a lot of time. Most folks our age with kids don’t have any time to themselves until it’s 9/10 at night, then still have chores & work the next day.

I always hated multi-reddit because it never worked the way I wanted it to.

I wanted it to give me an r/all setup for a specific sets of subreddits. What it did was just give posts from every subreddit in the list, including ones that hadn’t had posts in months. It was just trash to try to use.

Fun fact. r/leagueoflegends was one of the most filtered subreddits from r/all at one point.

The goal is likely going to be different based on what community you’re in.
