Daiso is Japan’s version of a dollar store (though admittedly far, far better than American dollar stores), so I would not go there for a long-lasting knife. Dishes? Absolutely. Knife? No.
They are different fruits in English.
As someone in the tech community who grows and uses yuzu, and who also subscribes to gardening communities, I’ll be kind of relieved to see the name only used for fruit again.
I worked retail in 2007 and almost never got anything but cash payments.
And yes, most customers were boomer age.
I wish, but my side is a retaining wall.
Grinding the ends down might be a reasonable option.
That doesn’t look too bad.
I wish the fencing company could be on the hook for it, but I’m pretty sure that fence has been there for a few decades. No idea who installed it.
Yeah, I will at least try to speak with the neighbor about it before I do anything. With the way the properties are set up, they barely even see the fence, whereas for me, it’s kind of front and center in my backyard. I expect they may be surprised when I point out that it’s technically their fence.
It is a chain link fence. A top rail sounds like a good idea which wouldn’t be too unattractive or hard to install. I’d sure love to replace it with a proper wooden fence because the privacy in my backyard is severely lacking when they’re on their front stoop or in their driveway, but with the grade and the need to remove the current fence, it would be very expensive.
That sure is ugly but it looks effective.
Sadly does not appear possible.
I thought of that, but considering the location, definitely not.
Yes, that’s the type I meant.
I forget what it’s called right now, but the 3.5 cup KitchenAid food processor gets a lot of use here. I generally don’t like to use food processors just because they’re so loud, but this one isn’t too bad. It’s quick! But it is small, so it has limited uses.
I would get that plus a cheap immersion blender. That’ll cover basically all of your needs for what you’re talking about.
Gochuhang really isn’t like miso except in that they’re both fermented pastes. It is delicious, however.
That is one magnificent goat.
Japan, too.
They’re removing a bunch of features that nobody wanted.
I had problems with my Pixel 5 crashing all the damn time but haven’t had any issues with the 6 (or when I had the 4).
