Lovely! I just smoked some salmon and rockfish yesterday with Alder and rosemary twigs. It was soooo good.

Last time I was in east java, in mojokerto at my sister in law’s house, they served something very much like this for lunch. It was amazing.

Oh hell yeah. I can taste that from here. Especially with those little chilies, they’re sooo spicy but tasty.
