Proton Drive is online-only so I’m not sure what you’re asking here. Are you asking if you can download files?
The Google Drive app lets you save a file locally so that you can view it offline. I mean under the hood it is just downloading and syncing, but it’s a lot nicer than having to manage the files you want to view offline yourself.
That’s a big negative.
Why? Desktop file backup seems like a pretty similar feature to mobile photo backup (which seems to be working for me).
Edit: also looking at some videos of the Windows client, folder syncing seems to be possible. Just not yet on Linux. Still not sure why it would be bad.
Not sure what the screenshots are from, but is it not possible to rename the icons for legibility?
So long as you have Firefox installed there’s a firefox search bar widget available. In Nova you add widgets with a long press on home screen and swipe up.
You can find the app for the launcher in the play store. There should be instructions in the app for making it your default launcher. Otherwise there are plenty of tutorials online.
You can use a different launcher to customize your home screen and get rid of the Google search bar. I use Nova and can confirm that a singular Firefox search bar works nicely, and I’m sure that it does with other launchers as well.
I agree with you. I think it would be a lot more valuable if not for the fact that every attack that doesn’t target you targets another party member. So while yes, you are protecting yourself, pathfinder is a team game and I don’t see how it helps the team.
In my experience my party’s flurry ranger often does less damage than their companion, which feels like it shouldn’t be the case.
Nah, that would have been a good thing to check though.
The app is saying that it can’t communicated with the device, and the Wifi is working fine, so It seems to be an app issue rather than a device issue. Do you have any insights?
I’ve tried factory resetting the router, and have reinstalled the app several times. I think I’ve gotten, if not to the source, than further down the chain.
And that’s the core thing I don’t know how to get around. The app can’t actually interact with the network. That explains why restarting the network hasn’t fixed it in the past. I don’t understand how it could be an issue only I have though, since it happens regardless of reinstalling the app.
I have the same app version and my account has “Manager” permissions, which seems like it should be enough by the description.
Are there other types of permission?
Not from this community, so I might get the vibe wrong, but is the idea that renting shouldn’t exist at all? Because there are some situations where renting is preferable to ownership. Though none of that excuses price gouging, horrible practices, or disproportionate amount of space that renting takes up in the housing market.
