I’m sorry, but is that an ominous clown looking down from the Heavens?

Hey! Would you be willing to sell some of them? Looking at setting up a server at home that some of my friends and neighbors can use. I was going to buy them brand new, but I’d be fine with used if your interested in getting rid of some of them.
Steam is a prime example of how long a product/service can actually last when you’re not constantly changing the product/service. Funny how when you don’t change a product and keep service great, it doesn’t seem to go through enshitiffication. What are the odds…?
Okay. It’s not “Q” weird, but that is absolutely a weird episode. The whole “speaking in metaphors” thing is sort of a ridiculous concept as you’d have to have a language in place to even develop the metaphors. I loved how “out there” that episode is, and it is genuinely thought provoking, but if that was the first episode that I ever saw, I’m not sure I ever would have watched another one.
But I do like the concept of checking it out given a single episode. I’d rather recommend Season 5, Episode 18 (Cause and Effect), Season 2’s The Measure of Man.
Hate is such a strong word. Who has such energy to truly hate something so simple as a team in a sport?
Drizzle a little mango sauce on top, and I’m sold.
Check out the Alien TTRPG. Super easy to learn from a player perspective. It discusses ships. But I don’t believe there are mechanics for it. Maybe check out FATE? Or the Firefly TTRPG?
Corporate America rewarding you…lmao. Yeah. I wish.
The game was not funded by a Kickstarter as far as I’m aware.
There’s some growing pains, but within a federated system, I think there needs to be community aggregation at a certain point. There’s no need to host 50 different identical communities, and it’s arguable that it makes things worse. I’m hoping that someone will eventually be able to develope the tools to easily allow for community aggregation in the future.
XCOM: Original allows for insane strategy. It’s dated, I don’t disagree, but it had so much more strategy and immersion than atleasr the first modern XCOM. You could build your own bases, you got raided, you had to find enemy bases and maintain funding throughout world map. The game was legendary.
One of the most fun being, use flight armor and 2x alien grenade launchers. Breach top most point on battleship to expose command center, and then nuke the ship commander and body guards with second launcher. Swoop in with forces. Win.
Ignore the LoZ. I forgot it was PC games only. Whoops lol
Thanks!
Also, that list is terrible. Where the fuck is Elden Ring, Polygon!? No LoZ, any of them? XCOM: UFO Defense is the first and the absolute best of all XCOM entries…by far.
Outer Wilds, Hollow Knight, Subnautica? These aren’t even old games…
And Satisfactory beat out Factorio? Lol, m’kay Polygon…sure.
Oh my fucking God… Please let this be the catalyst towards us getting another Soul Reaver game.
