When I wake up I’m really dehydrated, so a cup of electrolytes is surprisingly helpful

They also taste good

    When severely dehydrated, drinking water can cause red blood cell death due to the large disparity in inner cell concentration to outer cell concentration, causing a massive influx of water and the cell to pop
