Been thinking of doing the same. Did you cut our the design or fold it into the frame?
I cut it out because I was going to sew it onto something else and then I realised I couldn’t be arsed hand sewing it so the idea evolved into something that took way less effort.
Folding it would remove any creases but I’m not sure how the back would clip into the frame with fabric in the way?
