Speculating, this film will have Toussaint (aka T’Challa II) taking on the role of Black Panther and Shuri will return to her technical role, leaning into a little bit if politics but M’Baku will remain in charge. Denzel as the villain, Namor as partial villain who turns out to be more helpful than he planned.
Since Shuri giving up the Black Panther mantle will feel like a demotion we have to give her some really cool tech to work with. Adamantium is one option. Something mutants is another.
