    I like Fishburne for the part like 20-30 years ago. I think he’s much too old to be in a franchise superhero movie that will probably have sequels.

    The Hulk and War Machine aged like 20 years in between sequels. It was extremely distracting.

      Exactly what I came to say. People getting older didn’t bother me but you’re already starting with someone too old.

      I questioned them casting Harrison Ford as Thunderbolt Ross for the same reason. Kind of locked themselves out of him coming back.

        Disney is under the impression that de-aging actors and plastic surgery are good replacements for talented young actors that will do the work for 1/50th of the famous actors’ salaries while being noticeably better than the famous actors at their job.

          Not quite. Disney wants to hire the famous actors so they can own their likeness in perpetuity and use CG and “AI” to keep them showing up in movies far in to the future.
