    A dick is just a clitoris that got reconfigured by one’s genetics prior to birth, I’m sure those would count too. The few folk with rare genetic conditions that cause them to be born without any genitals at all will be out of luck though.

      the default sex is female, if the anti-meullerian hormone isnt for some reason released in male fetal development. or the sry gene in the y chromosone is misisng.
