San Diego: City of small “starter” houses built 60+ years ago that haven’t been repaired or upgraded since. Expect asbestos, no insulation in the walls, rusted and cracked cast iron plumbing, failing and dangerous wiring, crumbling exterior stucco, water damage in the bathrooms, dry rot in the exterior wood, all for well over $1mm. I found the new dark mode pretty disappointing. It doesn’t look good – the dark isn’t very dark, it’s more of a dust grey. And there isn’t enough contrast between the background and the foreground text, so it’s harder to read.

I love the option for a dark theme and I’m glad they implemented it, but the colors and contrast need some love from a designer.
