I find a sale on something I eat, I buy multiples, then freeze fresh, all kinds of stuff, meats, fruits, fresh herbs, rolls, everything. Bought it at the start of the pandemic, couldn’t imagine doing without it now.

to fry: filled up a 12 inch stainless pan with 3 inch sides with 6 cups vegetable oil (oil was about an inch high in pan), Front burner Medium for 12 minutes untill reached 350 then one cutlet at a time for 3 minutes, out to rest on sheet pan with rack insert

I too installed a magnetic knife holder, and it worked so well I ordered another one, and mounted then next to each other, I’ve got a drawers worth of stainless knives, measuring spoons, and various and sundry kitchen accountrment, hanging within arms reach now. Game changer.
