V for Vendetta , but if you live in the US some aspects are currently uncomfortably believable.

I read the headline and thought “this should go in nottheonion.” Imagine my surprise… :D

Yes I was fully expecting the details to be “It was a Republican-sponsored bill in 1992” or similar. It’s just too damn believable.

There’s an embedded video in the article that starts right at the end of the water test so you then get to see all the broken things that the driver calmly shows us.
