GIT tracks changes, which doesn’t strike me as something that often happens with messaging. Unless you just always replace your last message with the new one, I guess, then sure!

I’ve always used Server Superstore, the prices are decent and never had an issue with any unit.

I think showing tracker info is still a good, insightful thing. Sure, giving an impression one piece of software is better than another because it has less trackers is a bad thing. Users that care about functionality will vet apps on that regard, same with security and privacy conscious users. Some users just like the app to be pretty, and if they ignore everything else but make a decision based in tracker count, all the better in the long run.

Don’t like how the leftmost dock slants over at the end. A screw you to that business with the private dock! If that dock were straight then 2 ships could fit in there rather than 1…
