Gladiator. The director’s cut adds a lot of unnecessary content, which just messes up the pacing of the movie. And sadly, the theatrical cut is hard to come by (impossible?) in HD format.

Good thing everyone is entitled to their own opinion ;) Personally, it is one of the best RPG experiences I’ve had in a long time and I felt all the awards were well-deserved.

Rest in peace Dr. Grant

It’s too late to do anything about the extreme heat already here plus a bit more, but we can prevent it from getting MUCH WORSE!

That’s the thing, I don’t agree that it had a scale requiring a movie. To me it felt like they took a random episode, filled it out with some little extra fluff and called it a day.
It was literally the generic script of “Mando and Grogu takes down another local crime lord” which we have seen several times before.
But, I’m glad you enjoyed it and had a nice date night 😉

I would have to disagree with your second paragraph. It is in my view entirely bland and forgettable, and not worth the money to see in cinema. I liked the first two seasons of Mandalorian a lot, but this movie could easily have been a random 45min episode from the last season.

Just picked up the remastered version of Final Fantasy 8 for cheap. One of the few Final Fantasy’s I never got around to playing myself

I watched it yesterday and was, despite my reservations, disappointed. It could easily have been a random 45min episode of the latest season
Have not seen the Lighthouse, but I absolutely love the Man from Earth. Such a magical movie!
