Giving them actual houses would be idiocy, they would be destroyed. Many have been put in dive hotels but it’s been tapering off, the funding dried up. Personally I’d say build managed campgrounds with nice community restrooms and shower houses. Have a small paid staff to maintain the showers and restrooms and enforce basic codes - no building structures, no excessive junk or trash etc. It would provide basic shelter opportunity without costing crazy amounts. A lot of working people can’t afford apartments now, let’s fix that before we throw more money towards people who can’t or won’t work. Hell, I know people who choose to live in campgrounds full-time as their preference.

In my area you have to pay a lot extra for a recycling bin, and they only accept two kinds of plastic.

Then it came out they were just shipping it overseas to be recycled but sometimes it was ending up in landfills anyway. There are only a few houses on our street with a recycling bin out each week.

When there’s some new standard for the best way to measure true temperature in fifty years, all of the current figures will be in question. We’re already adjusting old data. Why not compare raw data publicly too?

There are a lot of connected buildings in Minneapolis/St Paul too. Makes extra sense if you’re in cold climates.

My team uses OBS studio but we rarely update because we have to update multiple devices that need to work in sync and right now it’s been stable. I’ll be watching for feedback on this one.
