This year is make or break for Martins, and so far I guess it’s more break. I don’t see an opening at Williams at the moment (they have a stellar line up), he was kicked out the Alpine academy. It’s a shame, I like the guy.

Solution for Monaco is joker lap. Make it so you have to make two or three joker laps (with a big difference) and see how if affects strategy. Would be like a pit stop, but with more racing and less pit stop error randomness. You just have to convince Monaco principality to close even more roads!
