Just to be clear - claiming that you murdered someone in self defense because they advocate for a system which perpetuates violence against you is not lawful or likely to succeed. If it did, every minority could murder at will.

No that’s not lawful, thank God. You can certainly get away and tell the cops etc, but you are not allowed to murder someone because they voice homicidal intent. They have to also have means and be taking action.
