I hear what you’re saying. And, you may be very right. However, regardless of it being a PLAN, they are never going to be able to transport these people to a border. It’s a huge undertaking. Their private prison friends will accommodate the situation, and find it’s a very convenient way to get labor. Whether accidental, or on purpose.

All I’m saying is, that’s the place we will be, even if it’s not anyone’s plan today.

I’ll add, deportation is not the goal. They will be temporarily housed in a location where they will need to work off their deportation cost, which will include a daily fee that is less than they can “earn” per day.
