Personally I’ve never liked the idea of NSFL. It just doesn’t feel like it has the eighth connotation, it’s wording feels like it’s meant to be a joke when it’s content is rarely funny. I think just using “Gore” or “Death” would be absolutely better.

I’m finding out from this that it’s owned by the same company but Hinge has a better formula for that kind of thing. You comment on an aspect of their profile (a picture, their response to a prompt, etc) and that gets sent to them. Then they can reply (which triggers a “match”) or not. You can also send likes without a comment but obviously that won’t be as effective.

I know everyone will use this to clown on the Cowboys (and for good reason) but this is t the first game the Cardinals have looked better than expected. I’m wondering if Gannon and his OC he pulled from obscurity are actually talented enough to turn this team around this fast with what’s considered a pretty awful roster. Should be interesting to see moving forward, especially once Kyler is back.

This is pretty much exactly how I feel. I also feel like people have a biased view because they grew up idolizing running backs so their mad their getting shafted but you don’t hear those people complaining about kicker/punter/long snapper pay. It’s the name of the game, your value and replaceability determine your pay. The league isn’t conspiring to pay RBs less, they just are worth less now. That sucks for those players, but that’s just how it works. And making rules for them but letting those other positions still make way less would be cruel.

Baker does great against another poor defense. I’d love for him to actually be good but he’s burned me before. Next week against the Eagles should be interesting.

I’m legitimately impressed the Cardinals are competitive in these games. Their new OC might be legit. Or Josh Dobbs is way better than we thought. But that seems a lot less likely.

For my world, there is the Creator that created every universe and plane within them, then they disappeared and never interacted with its creation again.

For the universe my story takes place in, magic used to run wild and beings hoarded it and became more and more powerful. A small group became so powerful that their war between themselves for sole control of the world began to destroy it entirely.

During a battle, the lover of one of these beings was killed, fracturing their psyche. Their split personality allowed them to see things from a more neutral perspective so they slowly convinced the other 8 beings that were left in the war to make a truce, rebuild the world, and rule it together from a far. So they each created their own plane and created their own life forms, many in their own image.

Over time, they came to be known as gods by their creations and each was shaped by their followers beliefs until each represented a different alignment. And the one with the fractured psyche became the True Neutral god and ruled from two planes, each for half the year. Their planes were the two closers to the prime material plane so she could help guard it from the other gods. In the Feywild, she rules as Melora and in the Shadowfell, she rules as the Raven Queen.

Almost no one in the prime material plane knows that Melora and the Raven Queen are the same being and none know their gods didn’t actually create their world, they just reworked it.

The gods restricted the use of magic to prevent power growing out of hand, but something left behind unleashed some of it, leading to chaotic storms that ravaged the world.

So someone pointed out in another community that the franchise tag can also be 120% of the player’s precious salary. It’s whichever value is higher, which would almost definitely be 120% of this contract if they tried to tag Jacobs again. So that makes this deal make a lot more sense since it protects him from the tag going down next year and gets him a little more money.

I’m watching both games right now so I’ve only seen a few of Bagent’s plays, but he’s looked really good in the ones I’ve seen. Crazy what kind of talent you can sometimes find in lower divisions.

Man it’s crazy they got Cook if the legitimately think Hall will play week 1. I guess if you have the cap space, it can’t hurt.
