It’s a ‘national pride’ statement. It’s been going on for over a week now.

People have been putting them up in protest to the channel crossing debacle that’s going on at the moment.

Imo it’s absolutely embarrassing, Xenophobic, and churlish.

It’s to do with the thicker white band on the x outline. The Union Jack has white outlines on the red X. The thicker of the white lines (which represents Scotland) needs to be in the top left of the x, if it’s not, then the flag is upside down, or backwards.

Maybe it’s because Da '85 Bears team carries such weight along the legendary NFL teams? Probably the same as Marino’s Dolphins in the 90s, Brady’s Pats, or Montana’s 49ers?
