I think if you’re going to go with tip 1 an’ including comments about shelf stable juices, it might be worth making an oxygenation comment at step 2.

Opening a bottle of juice without shaking provides a low oxygen environment, if the yeast their pitching is dead (common for hoochers using what’s at hand) we’re looking at a good environment for botulism.

Easily solved by shaking, w/ airspace, or pouring the juice. Most other infections should be unpleasant.
