Battle Royale (original Japanese version). The plot and development is horrifying in its own right, and after it ends and the credits rolled, the class picture is shown. It’s absolutely gutting (I bawled - I have never cried after a psychological horror film before or since this movie).
Get yourself a vacuum sealer for foods you can repack and freeze (ie: meat), and get items you need smaller quantities of at a local grocery store. Costco’s pharmacy has a very low filling fee, and the optical department has great prices. And, of course, you can get paper products.
I live in a 2 person household and use whichever is most sensible for what we need. In this economy, value for our money is important.
The film makes substantial changes to the ending and some of the main plot though. The novel makes no mention of credit card companies, and the film ending is an atrocity.

If you really want to stretch your soap bars out, you can get small bags that collect small bits of soap. Cheap hosiery also works great (if don’t want to be seen buying it, order the cheapest set off Amazon). These are great for camping!
Sorry to rain on your parade, but the guinea worm starts its work in the digestive system, and typically leaves through the skin of the foot (no joke- look it up if you don’t believe me).
